3歳以下のクロマグロの幼魚のことで、関西では「ヨコワ」とも呼ばれています。

大人になった本マグロに比べて若いため脂乗りは少ないですが、身が柔らかく上品な甘みのあるマグロです。

We have received "Mej Maguro" (young tuna), which is in season now!

This is a young bluefin tuna under the age of 3, and is also called "yokowa" in the Kansai region.

Compared to adult bluefin tuna, it is young and therefore less fatty, but the flesh is soft and has a refined sweetness.

This week, we have consecutive holidays on Sunday and Monday!
